Problem Space
Women ages 18–24 struggle to manage their bodies during different menstrual phases because educational resources about cycles are frequently misinformed and not always actionable. Many women don’t know what to track, how to interpret symptoms, or where to find trustworthy and approachable guidance, which leaves them feeling stuck, confused, and unsure where to start.
Design Solution
In her season is a guided publication that empowers young women by helping them gain a sense of ownership and clarity over their own personal experiences with their cycle. The journal aims to fit into existing routines in an intentional way and communicate like a supportive friend, not a doctor, using familiar language. Alongside creating space for customization, in her season provides users with general menstrual phase education inclusive to different bodies, cycle experiences, and contraceptive uses.
