Problem Space
Humans crave the ability to transport back in time or feel the comfort of past memory but struggle to do so through the impersonal products and brands available today. A familiar scent can leave a lasting impact for moments, years, or even decades. Think of the smell of your grandmothers perfume, that staple lotion you used years ago, the whiff of sawdust from a hardware store, or even the freshness of tomatoes in your summer garden. Now you can relive them forever with Reminiscent.
Design Solution
The loss of a loved one. A long distance relationship. Divorce or seperation. Moving away from home. These raw human experiences are what inspired Reminiscent. A cherished memory, bottled as a scent, has the power to bring you comfort in ways you never knew. Reminiscent has been designed with storytelling and emotion at its roots.
